The Australian Joinery Products team is headed by John Dillon who has more than 35 years’ experience in the cabinet making, carpentry and joinery industry. Alongside John stands a diverse team of professionals with expertise in design, manufacturing, project management, workplace health and safety, estimating and financial management.

Twenty years in the industry has given Glenn an immense knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the estimating process. This commences with the initial review of drawings to liaising with builders and suppliers for each tender, through to project completion.

John’s business acumen brings vast experience to the financial management and strategic planning of Australian Joinery Products.

Lynnette Dillon

CHANGE MANAGER

Lynnette’s role is to identify, scope and manage changes to business processes, systems and technology to enable improved efficiency and reporting across the business. Lynnette has more than 20 years’ experience working in senior management roles in large energy corporations.

Lynnette enjoys seeing how improvements in processes result in better outcomes both for Australian Joinery Products staff and its customers.

Jim Parsell

CONSULTANT

Jim is a carpenter and joiner by trade and has experienced most facets of the building industry for nearly 50 years. He works with the team to produce outcomes that as a Company, Australian Joinery Products can be proud of.

Michael Hughes

FACTORY MANAGER

Michael is a carpenter and Cabinet Maker with 32 years’ experience on site and in the factory setting.

Michael emigrated from the UK to the Gold Coast in 2014 and has continued his professional development in the Australian construction industry . He manages all areas of production and distribution to our sites in Queensland and interstate to meet the companies vision of quality delivered on time.

Steve Smith

GENERAL MANAGER

Steve manages the planning, coordination and control of the manufacturing, installation and claims processes. This entails amongst other things, design oversight, project delivery, inventory management and quality control.

Charlie Barter

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Charlie is a hands-on sales and business development professional that works extensively building client relationships. For the past 10 years Charlie has specialised in tier 1 construction nationally. Charlie has a dedicated Estimating team that works closely with both the builder and the client to get the best outcome.

Tony Maclean

WHSO

Tony has been involved in the industry for over 20 years and is Australian Joinery Products Workplace Health and Safety Officer. He is responsible for all AJP’s safety requirements.

Dayne Collister

SITE MANAGER

With 17 years’ experience in the industry, and 10 years with Australian Joinery Products, Dayne’s role is to organise project supervision, installation requirements and schedule delivery of products to meet strict programmes and budgets.
